We couldn’t be happier with our experience building with McEvoy Constructions. From day one, Ryan kept us updated, was always available to answer questions, and made the process straightforward and enjoyable. His care and attention to detail showed in every aspect of the build, and any questions or issues were handled quickly and professionally. We’re thrilled with our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

When other builders were telling us no, McEvoy Constructions said yes—and that can-do, professional attitude continued from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result or the attention to detail, and every request was accommodated. Ryan and his team were energetic, professional, respectful and great to work with. We would recommend them 100%.
Tim Dobson · Shelly Beach
Ryan’s communication throughout both renovations was top-notch. He kept us updated every step of the way and resolved any issues immediately. The quality of work from every trade was exceptional, and his skilled, easygoing team happily accommodated changes as they arose. They also kept the site incredibly clean and tidy while we continued living in the house. We’re extremely happy with the result and would gladly recommend McEvoy Constructions.

We spoke with Ryan about our plans over a twelve-month period as the project evolved from a full renovation to an internal renovation. Ryan was a great communicator and very flexible throughout, overseeing the new layouts, walls, doors, windows, sheeting, flooring and painting. If you’re looking for a reliable, flexible builder and excellent communicator, we highly recommend McEvoy Constructions.

In 2022, we engaged McEvoy Constructions to complete an extension on our home in Aroona. Ryan was extremely easy to work with and flexible, which made the build so much easier. The quality of the finish exceeded our expectations and has opened up our home, giving us fantastic dual living. Our family genuinely appreciates Ryan’s work and support, and we highly recommend McEvoy Constructions.
